Assistant Agent and Certificate IV real estate course from 22nd to 24th April at Mascot Classroom
This nationally accredited course offered by Realty PRO Academy, in partnership with Industry Training Consultants (ITC) provides you with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to upgrade from an Assistant Agent to a Class 2 Real Estate Agent. What matters most is that we guide you through the process and set you up for long-term success.
If you do not have a COR, you can still take this course as it covers all 18 core units in the Assistant Agent and Certificate IV course.

A Class 2 Real Estate Licence allows you to:

Course Overview – What You’ll Learn
The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) is a nationally recognised qualification designed to equip you with essential real estate skills. This course will train you in:
✔️ Property sales & marketing – How to appraise, list, and sell properties
✔️ Leasing & property management – Managing landlord and tenant relationships
✔️ Trust accounting – Understanding legal & ethical financial obligations
✔️ Real estate law & risk management – Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
✔️ Client negotiations & communication – Mastering the art of closing deals
You’ll be trained in 18 competency units, covering residential sales, property management, buyer representation, and commercial leasing. See section below on Course Overview for more details.
Your Certification Journey
📌 Step 1: Enrol in the Certificate IV course & complete required units
📌 Step 2: Gain at least 12 months of supervised experience in real estate
📌 Step 3: Complete your Work Experience Logbook
📌 Step 4: Apply for your Class 2 Licence with NSW Fair Trading
Funding & Payment Options
💰 Course Fee: $2,500 (paid in two instalments)
🔹 Some students may be eligible for government funding through Centrelink or Job Services Providers (JSP).
🔹 Mature-aged workers (40+) can apply for Skills Checkpoint Program funding, covering up to $2,200 of your training costs.
